A two-day certification masterclass for tech leads covering leadership skills, team building, development process improvement, and hiring.

The course is taught in English and runs from 9:00 to 17:30 on both days, with session recordings available afterward. Content covers leadership development, team design based on Team Topologies, process improvement approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and hiring practices for engineering teams. Participants receive a verifiable certificate upon completion. The training takes place online via Zoom in the CET/Berlin timezone.
